Introduction to Social Media
Our Introduction to Social Media training course has been built for anyone looking to use Social Media with very little experience. This course is an excellent, short, 1 day course made for anyone who wants to use Social Media either in their own social life or for basic business purposes.

Course overview:
This session is for newcomers to social media, who either have not created any accounts yet or have only just started. It covers the basics from account creation through to posting content and connecting with other users.
Introduction to Social Media Aim:
To provide learners with a better understanding of how to set up, manage and use four of the main social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram and LinkedIn).
Course Format:
Presenter-led, discussion, activities, task based.
This course is held at 5-7 Museum Place, Cardiff, CF10 3BD. If you are looking to book as a group we may also be able to provide it at your venue.
