CITB Employers Networking Funding Scheme
A huge congratulation to our CCW-Team for becoming a registered company to deliver short training courses for Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) member organisations in Wales.
For your information, the CITB Employers Networking Funding Scheme is an initiative set up and funded by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB). The main goal is to simplify the way construction employers access the support and funding they need for training.
Below are some key points:
- Purpose: It aims to help employers access important skills training, such as Leadership and Management, Digital Skills, Net Zero, and Green Skills.
- Support: Each registered employer can get funding of up to £25,000 per year to cover their training needs.
- Local networks: These are local or sector-specific networks that bring employers together to identify and address their training and skill requirements and to share good practices.
- CITB support: They help to inform, support, signpost the application processes, manage the funding, and remove the need for completing detailed paperwork.
It’s an excellent opportunity for construction employers to enhance their workforce’s skills and contribute to future industry standards.
