Not achieving targets, poor time management, organisation and planning, conflict within the team, personal issues outside work – At some stage every employee hits problems and difficulties that affect their performance. The role of the Supervisor or Manager is to identify those difficulties quickly and take appropriate action to assist and support the employee in overcoming any barriers and obstacles affecting their performance and therefore the performance of the whole team. This course will assist you in understanding how to work with your people to monitor and manage their performance and provide you with tools and techniques to assist them in improving their performance where appropriate.
