CCW-Training Academy’s annual Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
Newsletter of New Year message from CCW’s director Mike Tan:
“I am delighted to share these tremendous KPI that we have achieved in the last 2 years (2019 & 2020)”.
They were:
- Out of 182 past clients feed-back/reviews, 66% found the overall course excellent, with the other 33% found the overall course to be good. None of our 182 candidates over the last year have found the overall course training to be poor or very poor.
- Out of 69% of our past clients in the last 2 years have strongly agreed with the statement that ‘our tutors are knowledgeable’, with 31% saying that they agreed with the statement. We had no candidates disagree.
- Analysis of the 182 feed-back/reviews found that 62% of our candidates strongly agreed with the statement “I would recommend this training to others” with 38% saying they “agreed with the statement”.
- Over 80% of our past clients who trained with us in Microsoft Office courses rated the overall courses as excellent, and 68% of candidates strongly agreed that they found the training very informative, with the other 33% agreed that the training was informative.
- Over 70% of our past clients/candidates who have trained in ILM accredited qualifications rated the overall courses as excellent. And 69% of our candidates strongly agreed with the statement that “I found the training to be very informative” and 31% agreed that the training was informative.
- Key Performance Indicator: 100% of our past clients/candidates who attended the risk assessment course strongly agreed that the tutor was informative. Our clients’ feedback was a staggering 88% strongly agreed that the training met the expectations of the course. With then 12% saying they agreed that the training met the expectations of the course.
In summary, I would like to take this opportunity to thank our team members and tutors for their excellent work and support. Keep up the good work and we to maintain these KPIs or hope to do better in 2021 – well done all.
