Confidence Building Training. Are you or your workforce low on confidence? Perhaps you work within an office that morale gets quite low at. Well then this course has been built for you! This course is built to build up the confidence of the individuals taking part. You can see the techniques at work, and use them then in your daily life, or perhaps use them within your organisation and business to improve the confidence of your employees.

We run our training courses in small classes of no more than 6 to ensure the highest possible quality of training. Our training is high in quality to ensure you get the most out of your money.

Level: Beginner

Course overview:

This training session is designed to help participants increase their confidence levels, using interactive activities and discussions. Participants will explore strategies for overcoming self-doubt, developing a positive self-image, and projecting confidence in a range of personal and professional settings.

Confidence Building Aim:

To empower students to approach various kinds of scenarios with a new sense of confidence.

Course Format:

Presenter-led, demonstration, discussion, group work, task based.

This course is held at 5-7 Museum Place, Cardiff, CF10 3BD. If you are looking to book as a group we may also be able to provide it at your venue.
