A huge congratulations to CCW-Training Academy bid team for successfully winning a competitive tender with Social Care Wales (SCW). The bespoke training is tailored to provide both newly recruited and existing board members, providing them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and insights to effectively contribute to the governance and strategic direction of Social Care Wales. The bespoke training programme will cover effective corporate governance practice, leadership skills in board settings, and reviewing the SCW policy and guidelines, and particularly the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusivity aspects.
