Course Overview

This ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification is suitable for anyone in a management or supervisory position. This course follows on from the ILM Level 4, while it may be useful to have completed the Level 4 it is not necessary. The ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management is an excellent, world-renowned qualification which has a variety of modules to suit the course to your job role. Management is a universally useful skill that is required by all sectors of work. From SME’s to global conglomerates, being a good manager makes you a useful member of any team. As a manager you have the power to enable people, allowing them to better themselves and those around them.

Course Duration

This ILM Level 5 leadership and management course takes up to 1 month to be completed, there are 3 days training, 1 day optional assignment tutorial and then you have 1 month from the last training day to submit and pass the assignments.

ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management Course Outcome

You will receive an ILM Level 5 Award, Certificate or Diploma in Leadership and Management.

Assessments

There is 1 assignment to be written per module. For the Level 5 Award that is 2 assignments, around 2,500 words.
