Practical Project Management Training Overview:
This new practical project management course aims to provide an overall awareness of the many aspects of project management. Successful project management relies on the application of sound principles, practice, methodology, techniques, and, above all, people. It is specifically designed for individuals who want a quick but comprehensive insight into the fundamental aspects of project management without undergoing lengthy, in-depth formal qualification-oriented training. This training course has been designed and will be delivered by a very experience practicing project manager and project director.

Aims and objectives:
The primary aim of this practical project management training course is to provide learners with an understanding of project management and how projects differ from normal “Business as Usual” activities.
