Taith COAL Project Pathway 1 – Is Now Completed!
We have now completed our Taith COAL Project (Pathway 1). This has been a very successful project with over 85% of individuals managing to gain their ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership and Management qualifications. We hope to see more submissions of their assignments so that we can reach 100%.
We have had excellent feedback, with candidates enjoying the activities and the training. Our candidates were able to complete a 2 week programme to Lille (And to Cardiff for those from France). During this, the candidates undertook personal development and leadership training to improve themselves. Many of the candidates now have employment, education or volunteering that they take part in, which shows the success of the project.
